축산물 영업시설기준에 대하여 알아봅시다..

 

제20편 우유류판매업의 영업시설기준

 

 

1. 판매장에는 우유류를 10℃ 이하로 냉각하여 보존할 수 있는 우유류 전용의 전기냉장시설을 갖추어야 하고, 그 내부에는 온도계를 비치하여야 합니다.

 

2. 소비자에게 배달판매를 하고자 하는 경우에는 위생적인 운반용기가 있어야 합니다.
