축산물 영업시설기준에 대하여 알아봅시다..

 

제22편 축산물유통전문판매업의 영업시설기준

 

 

1. 영업활동을 위한 독립된 영업소가 있어야 합니다. 다만, 영업활동에 지장이 없는 경우에는 다른 영업소를 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.

 

2. 축산물을 위생적으로 보관할 수 있는 창고를 갖추어야 합니다. 이 경우, 보관창고는 영업신고를 한 영업소의 소재지와 다른 곳에 설치하거나 임차하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

 

3. 영업신고를 한 영업소와 같은 장소 또는 같은 건물에 상시 운영하는 반품·교환품의 보관시설을 두어야 합니다.
