축산물 영업시설기준에 대하여 알아봅시다..

 

제21편 축산물수입판매업의 영업시설기준

 

 

1. 영업활동을 위한 독립된 영업소가 있어야 합니다.

 

2. 축산물을 위생적으로 보관할 수 있는 창고(실온에서 보관할 수 없는 축산물의 경우에는 냉장·냉동시설)를 갖추어야 합니다. 이 경우, 보관창고는 영업신고를 한 다른 곳에 설치하거나 임차하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

 

3. 2의 규정에 불구하고 축산물을 직접 소비자에게 판매하지 않는 경우에는 별도의 보관창고를 설치하지 않을 수 있습니다.
