축산물 영업시설기준에 대하여 알아봅시다..

 

제12편 유가공업의 영업시설기준

 

 

 

 

1. 유가공품은 가공과정을 자동화시설로 설치하여야 합니다.(원료의 배합 과정에서 제품의 포장과정까지 필요한 시설에 한하며, 버터·치즈 등 제품의 특성상 자동화시설을 설치하기 어려운 경우는 제외)

 

2. 자신이 직접 생산한 원유로 하여 가공하는 경우로서, 집유업의 허가를 받지 않는 경우에는 집유업 시설기준에 따른 시설을 함께 설치하여야 합니다. 다만, 허가관청은 원유의 수집행위가 이루어지지 않는 점 등을 고려하여 원유의 위생적인 처리에 지장이 없는 범위 내에서 일부 시설의 설치를 생략하게 할 수 있습니다.
